The major research project of philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the major research project) is an important part of the‘ProsperityPlan ofPhilosophy and Social Sciences inColleges andUniversities’. It is an important starting point for the prosperity and development of philosophy andsocialsciences incolleges anduniversities and accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics. Since the establishment of the project, a number of important research results have been produced with remarkable results. In order to thoroughly carry out the spirit of the nineteen and nineteen second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the party, we thoroughly implementPresident Xi's important exposition on education and the important discussion on philosophy and social sciences. According to the‘ImplementationMeasures ofMajorProjects of the Ministry ofEducation onPhilosophy andSocialSciences (trialimplementation)’andto the Ministry ofEducation's social science department, the 2021 year of the year was collected. According to the requirements of the‘Notice of the Ministry ofEducation on theTopicSelection ofMajorResearchProjects ofPhilosophy andSocialSciences’, the Ministry ofEducation has started to collect the topics of major research projects of theministry of education in 2021. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1).Collection content
The major projects in 2021 focus on the following four aspects:
1.We should further promotePresident Xi's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, especially since the nineteen Party Congress, which has been selected byPresident Xi, general secretary of China, in his leadership practice to promote the new era of governing the country.
2.Coordinate the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the great changes that have not happened in the world in a century, and further promote the major decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, especially the research and interpretation of the major strategies and measures related to the overall situation and the long term made at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
3.Further promote the topic selection of research and interpretation of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics, prosperity of Chineseacademy, development of Chinese theory and dissemination of Chinese thought.
4.Based on the‘two centenary’historical intersection, further promote the research and interpretation of the centenary historical experience of the Communist Party of China, the basic law of Sinicization of Marxism, the theoretical system culture of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the relationship between Chinese civilization and socialism with Chinese characteristics.
(2).Requirements for topic selection
1.To draw up the major key projects, we should adhere to the correct political direction, value orientation and research orientation, have clear research objectives, main direction and strong innovation value, embody the principle of limited scale and highlight the key points, attach importance to interdisciplinary and infiltration, and form integration advantages through collaborative tackling, and achieve landmark research achievements with important academic value and social impact Fruit.
2.The text of the topic should be scientific, rigorous, standardized and concise. For details, please refer to the project name of major key projects established in previous years.
3.The selection of the topic should avoid duplication with the major key projects of the Ministry ofEducation, the major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund and other major national projects. All the topics previously provided will not be recommended this time.
(3).Generation and submission of topic selection
1.The selection of major projects is subject to limit declaration, and the school has three application limits. All units should attach great importance to the topic collection work, strictly follow the requirements of the topic selection, combine their own research advantages and characteristics, organize experts and scholars to fully demonstrate and refine, highlight the problem orientation, and ensure the scientific and normative recommendation of the topic.
2.The topic sponsor should give a brief description of the current research status, main direction and major theoretical and practical problems to be solved.
3.The principal of major project training, free exploration plan of academic celebrities and young academic leader cultivation plan shall actively participate in the application of this topic.
4.Each unit is requested to submit one copy of the paper edition of the selected topic of the unit to the Social Sciences Department of Social Sciences in the paper version of the list of recommendations for the major projects of philosophy and Social Sciences Research of the Ministry ofEducation in 2021.
