Relevant units in the school:
In accordance with the requirements of the measures for the management of scientific research projects of Jilin Provincial Department of Education (revised in 2017) (jjk [2017] No. 7) and the notice of Jilin Provincial Department ofEducation on organizing the acceptance and completion of scientific research projects in 2020, the acceptance of scientific research projects is now carried out. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1).Acceptance scope
Projects with contract number of 2017, 2018 and 2019, and projects with extension application and approved by the scientific research and Industry Department of the Department of education in 2016, which have completed research work in accordance with the objectives and achievements specified in the project contract (excluding employment, ideological and political projects andparty construction projects).
(2).Main contents of acceptance
1.Whether the indicators required by the contract are fulfilled. Before the completion of the project, the project leader shall publish at least 2 articles related to the project as the first author or corresponding author, one of which shall be published in national core journals or indexed by SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI, ISTP, etc. The research achievements of the project, including monographs, papers, software, databases, patents, appraisal certificates, achievement reports, etc., should be marked with‘scientific research project funded by Jilin Provincial Department of education’and project number, and those not marked shall not be included in the scope of the project achievements.
2.Whether the relevant data are complete, standardizedand in line with the regulations. The Research Report of Humanities and social sciences research project (about 20000-30000 words) clearly describes the scientific research achievements and research process.
3.The use of project funds.
4.Existing problems and improvement suggestions.
(3).Acceptance form
The project acceptance will be conducted in the form of Defense Review Meeting. The specific time and place will be notified separately. The review meeting process is as follows:
1.The respondent shall prepare the PPT report according to the following reference outline (5 minutes)
①Basic information of the project (declaration time, members of the research group, project changes, project research contents, etc.);
②Introduction to the research process and achievements of the project;
③Completion of the research objectives specified in the project contract (introduction of achievement forms and relevant supporting materials);
④The use of scientific research funds.
2.Expert questions (3 minutes);
3.The experts shall discuss and write acceptance opinions according to the defense.
(4).Materialsand time requirements
1.The following materials shall be submitted for the application for final acceptance:
①There are 7 copies of paper materials, such as acceptance report of achievements,research achievement report, project contract, and copies of published papers (journal cover, published number page, catalog, full text).
②Reply PPT electronic version
③In case of any changesof important items involved in the process of project research, the application for changesapproved by the scientific research andindustrydepartment of Jilin Provincial Department ofEducation shall be attached; otherwise, it shall not be adjusted by itself.
2.To apply for extension of project completion, the project leader shall submit a written application for extension and fill in the change form of‘important issues of science and Technology (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES) research planning project of provincial universities’in triplicate, which shall be submitted to the scientific research and Industry Department of Jilin Provincial Department ofEducation for approval after being signed by thesocials sciencesdepartment. Among them, the projects in 2016 must be closed, and no extension application will be accepted.
3.All relevant units are requested to confirm and submit the list of acceptance projectsbefore leaving work on December 4, 2020andsummarize and submit the closing materials, change form of extension projects and other relevant materials applied by their units. Closing acceptance projectswill not be accepted within the time limit. Those work must be done before leaving work on December 16, 2020.
